I’m always driven by how something works and how it’s connected. This curiosity led me to examine the inner workings of technical devices with a screwdriver as a child. But over time my methods and approaches have become a little more refined!

It is important for me to be surrounded by colleagues who think for themselves and quickly. The optimum is only achieved through constructive dialogue based on a selection of qualified approaches. I don’t believe in the one right solution, but in the fact that in every environment the individual adaptation of the methods brings optimal results!
